Tickets are nonrefundable; no exceptions. MTL shows are rain or shine, as the majority of seats are covered at the new Iroquois Amphitheater. If your ticket is not undercover, and the forecast is rain, we advise you to bring along an umbrella or poncho. Shows will only be cancelled due to lightening or severe weather.
In the event of a cancelled show due to strong lightening or serious weather, as declared by Music Theatre Louisville, bring your ticket stub(s) to the Iroquois Amphitheater Box Office on the day of any other performance of that same production. Your exchange will be made without a fee. Tickets will only be exchanged for a different night of the same show; we regret that tickets cannot be exchanged for any other production.
In the event of a show cancellation on the final Sunday performance of the production, a Monday-night performance will be scheduled for the very next evening; bring ticket stub(s) to the performance. You will be given the same seat(s) as on your stub(s). Again, tickets are nonrefundable should this occur.
TICKET EXCHANGES: If you are unable to attend the MTL production for which you have tickets, and you would like to select another performance, you must return your tickets to the box office at least 24 hours prior to the production date on your tickets. Ticket exchanges are free to subscribers (Subscriber Benefit). There is a $2 per ticket fee to exchange non-subscriber tickets. All exchanges are subject to availability
